Graphite reporting died

      Oneclient started to reporting the following error in the logs:

      E0315 12:18:50.143805    18 graphite_reporter.cpp:71] Exception in graphite reporting: Connect() error, reason: Connection timed out
E0315 12:21:02.367774    17 graphite_reporter.cpp:71] Exception in graphite reporting: Connect() error, reason: Connection timed out
E0315 12:23:14.591696    18 graphite_reporter.cpp:71] Exception in graphite reporting: Connect() error, reason: Connection timed out

      In the graphite there are no new updates of counters for this particular client.
      It might be related to some graphite restart since it seems it restarted the database.
