1. User should be able to select known value of QoS parameter when the query is converted from text.
2. User should be able to enter not know value of QoS parameter event if we have predefined values, using block editor. The idea is to allow to select <custom> entry from dropdown, and the input appears, which could be changed back to dropdown using some button.
