Added support for creating incremental archives, which results in storing only files that have changed in comparison to the base archive while unchanged files are preserved as hard links to the corresponding files in the base archive.

We need to be able to archive data in the incremental fashion.
When a file is unchanged sine the last archive we make a hardlink between the last archived file and the newly created in the archive to reduce the cost.
We can select any parent archive while starting a generation of the new incremental archive.
