As the lambda developer I want to easily clone workflow for development purposes and make new versions of them.

As the lambda developer I want to mark versions of worklows and lambdas as: stable, in development etc. 

As the workflow runner I want to be able to choose which version of workflow I wan to run and I want to understand what new is in the new version. 

As the workflow editor I want to export particular workflow version into json including full description, group id and release changes.
